Today, an international thought leader in safety management, David started out as a graduate safety officer while studying a Bachelor of Psychology. With a Master of Safety and Risk Management, MBA and a PhD in Safety Science, he transforms organisational psychology and the latest safety science research into effective safety outcomes.
For over 20 years, Ivica has led technical risk and safety improvements in the energy, oil and gas sectors. As a chemical engineer, he knows how to work with inherent risk and complexity of socio-technical systems. Ivica is an international leader in process safety and risk engineering. He has worked in broad technical, operational risk and governance roles while also consulting across industries. He brings a breadth of risk expertise and exceptional leadership skills.
Ralph has spent the majority of his life in senior leadership roles, living and working in five continents. He brings a unique perspective to hazardous operations shaped by extensive personal experience and postgraduate research. Ralph holds Master Degrees in Major Programme Management and Change Leadership as well as Post Graduate Multi-Cultural Coaching certification from one of Europe’s leading business schools. He integrates practical and theoretical perspectives of operations management; safety performance and leadership effectiveness to deliver impactful safety improvement and leadership development outcomes.
Kim knows how to navigate dynamic political landscapes. She has spent her career in fast-paced operating environments, working at Victoria Police for 10 years in general policing and surveillance units before retraining and consulting in human nutrition. Today, Kim supports Forge Works in their health and wellness capability while overseeing the commercial management of the consultancy. With degrees in Business Management and Human Movement, Kim brings a diversity of strategy and management skills to Forge Works.
Ironé is experienced across several high-risk industries working across energy, mining and construction. Ironé’s key strength is to create practical solutions that bridge corporate expectations and the needs of frontline workers, consistent with the complexities of executing work day-to-day. She is tactical and inclusive in her approach to produce best practise and sustainable safety outcomes within organisations. Ironé holds a Bachelor of Health Science and a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Management.
Nathaniel appreciates the dynamic nature and variability between different organisations and industries. Having held specialist roles in the power generation, construction, mining, healthcare, finance and FMCG sectors he has gained a unique perspective on what drives an organisation towards positive and meaningful safety outcomes. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Occupational Health and Safety and is currently studying his MBA, which enables his drive to seek the untapped innovations with the safety sphere
Rafael has been in software development for over 15 years, worked in various roles both in corporate and start-ups. He is a hands-on leader who is passionate and pragmatic, always committed to delivering the best possible solution, whilst following industry best standards and practices.
He has worked in various roles from software developer to team lead and solution architect and has that 360 view of the software development process. He loves to lead by example and is result focused.
