In this case study Ron will discuss work he’s doing in the construction industry with a client that wanted to rethink the way they were doing safety management assessments and audits. Instead of doing the same old things like judging sites to identify what they are doing wrong and giving them a score that no one agrees with, this organization wanted to create something that actually added value to the job sites and the greater operating group. So they developed a new, more collaborative process designed to learn from work and improve operational resilience that they piloted on one of their large projects. This presentation will discuss what they found.
