For over 20 years, Ivica has led technical risk and safety improvements in the energy, oil and gas sectors. As a chemical engineer, he knows how to work with inherent risk and complexity of socio-technical systems. Ivica is an international leader in process safety and risk engineering. He has worked in broad technical, operational risk and governance roles while also consulting across industries. He brings a breadth of risk expertise and exceptional leadership skills.
Nathaniel appreciates the dynamic nature and variability between different organizations and industries. Having held specialist roles in the power generation, construction, mining, healthcare, finance and FMCG sectors he has gained a unique perspective on what drives an organization towards positive and meaningful safety outcomes. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Occupational Health and Safety and a Master of Business Administration, which enables his drive to seek the untapped innovations with the safety sphere
Ryan is an experienced client relations manager who has delivered significant value through impactful IT strategies and advisory services for a variety of companies within the construction, automotive, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. With advanced skills in translating unique customer requirements into tangible IT solutions, a Bachelors degree in clinical science and a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety, Ryan has always been drawn to evidence-based practice and has a keen interest in safety science and its integration within a digital ecosystem.
Beth’s expertise is in applying Resilience Engineering, High Reliability Organizations, Safety II, Human Performance. Beth most recently led the transformation from traditional, behavior-based safety to “new view” Safety II as Director of Safety and Human Performance for Lewis Services. Beth has advised on resilience and human performance at NASA and Department of Energy, including Los Alamos National Labs, and was Director of Human Performance at Calpine. Beth is a mechanical engineer with post-graduate qualifications in cognitive science.
Rafael has been in software development for over 15 years, worked in various roles both in corporate and start-ups. He is a hands-on leader who is passionate and pragmatic, always committed to delivering the best possible solution, whilst following industry best standards and practices.
He has worked in various roles from software developer to team lead and solution architect and has that 360 view of the software development process. He loves to lead by example and is result focused.

She has spent her career in fast-paced operating environments, working at Victoria Police for 10 years in general policing and surveillance units before retraining and consulting in human nutrition. Today, Kim supports Forge Works in their health and wellness capability while overseeing the commercial management of the consultancy. With degrees in Business Management and Human Movement, Kim brings a diversity of strategy and management skills to Forge Works.
